Adam Klappholz, Head of Product for Zelle explains how the business is taking strong messages of anti-fraud to the many communities it serves while simultaneously providing some very innovative anti-fraud tools to fight scammers.

Klappholz recently sat down with The Florida Business Forum host Sam Yates to share updates on a number of Zelle Initiatives. Among the initiatives is a partnership with Consumer Action, a not for profit organization dedicated to consumer protection and financial empowerment.

Klappholz also gives details of a move into the crypto arena which will allow Zelle to conduct financial transfer transactions across US borders.
