概要

Join ADH’D’er, Dr Mine Conkbayir MBE & husband, the BAFTA award winning comedy actor Paul Whitehouse (Mortimer & Whitehouse: Gone Fishing, The Fast Show, Death Of Stalin) as they explore neurodiversity with an eclectic mix of ADHDers, Autists, Dyslexics and specialists.

Given the recent ‘explosion’ in diagnoses, particularly in the world of comedy, Paul Whitehouse represents the archetypal sceptic. He’s there to challenge the very concept of ADHD. Dr Mine provides theoretical and research insights, counter arguments and her own lived experience, creating a conversational and highly accessible space to explore this much misunderstood topic.

Each episode they chat to a guest who shares their experience of being neurodivergent, whether from the point of view of being diagnosed themselves, curious about the workings of their own brain, or as as specialist in the field.

This multi award winning podcast has featured fellow ADHDer guests such as Sir Stephen Fry, Robbie Williams, Helen George, Armando Iannucci, Lee Mack, Shaparak Khorsandi, Shaun Ryder, Hannah Botterman, Goldie and many more.

In this deeply moving episode, Kimberley reveals how postnatal OCD took over her life after the birth of her son - turning everyday moments into overwhelming, fear-driven rituals. Joe Tracini is an award-winning comedian, Sunday Times bestselling author, and one of the most honest voices in the conversation around mental health. But this isn't a tidy recovery story. Joe sits down with Mine and Paul to talk about growing up as a child performer while his mum had a breakdown and his dad was absent. The years that followed saw Joe’s relationship with drugs and alcohol take over. 14 years of sobriety and soul searching later led him to a BPD diagnosis that finally gave him something to address, and an ADHD diagnosis that only came in 2025.

It's raw, it's funny, it's one of the most remarkable conversations the podcast has ever had.
