  • 100: The One Who Saw Me Without the Mask | Part 2 with Luke Bayley & Andy White
    2026/03/31

This is Part 2 of my 100th episode, and it’s the most vulnerable conversation I’ve shared on Leading Our Own Way. In this episode, I’m joined by Luke Bailey, a professional astrologer and spiritual guide and someone I didn’t meet by chance, but because it felt like it was meant to be. Around that time, there were some genuinely weird things going on in my house, and the timing of Luke entering my life still doesn’t feel accidental. Looking back, it’s hard not to believe we were meant to cross paths, maybe so he could help me through what I couldn’t explain, and what I didn’t know how to carry.

Luke is also the only person on the planet who saw me when the mask was gone. Not the version of me trying to hold it together… the real version. The rawness. The darkness. The moments I didn’t know if I’d make it through.

We talk about connection, healing, and what it means to be truly seen—along with the unseen side of life: energy, spiritual experiences, and the moments you can’t always explain, but you can feel. If you’ve ever struggled in silence, or felt like you had to carry it all alone, I hope this episode reminds you that vulnerability isn’t weakness—it’s the beginning of coming back to yourself.

To everyone who’s been with me from the start, and to every new listener who’s joined along the way—thank you. Your support has helped carry this podcast to 100 episodes, and I don’t take that lightly.

A huge thank you to Eshu Skincare for taking a chance on me and sponsoring the show. And to my family; thank you for backing me on this journey I chose to embark on. This podcast hasn’t just taken effort from me; it’s taken time from you too. I’m sorry for the moments it’s pulled me away, and I’m so grateful that you’ve embraced my dream with love and support. It means the world when the people closest to me tell me to keep pushing forward.

  • Tuesday Truths: Episode 100 — The Journey, The Darkness, The Change
    2026/03/30

In this milestone Tuesday Truths episode, I’m reflecting on the journey that brought Leading Our Own Way to 100 episodes—through adversity, leadership, and transformation. I open up about the seasons that shaped me, including workplace bullying, health struggles, and the moments where everything in me wanted to shut down. This is Part 1, and it’s my honest truth: what I’ve learned, what’s changed, and what I’m still working through as I keep choosing growth and resilience.

But this episode also leads into something bigger. In Part 2, I’m joined by Luke Bayley—my special guest, and the only person who saw me that far down in my life. What makes it even more powerful is that he was a complete stranger at the time… and he still showed up. He came to my house to help me when I needed it most, and I’ll never forget that. Luke shares what he saw in those dark moments, and I share what his support meant when I didn’t have the strength to carry it alone.

If you’ve ever felt stuck, broken, or like you’re wearing a mask just to get through the day—this one’s for you. My hope is that my story (and Luke’s perspective) reminds you that change is possible, and connection can be the start of everything turning around.

  • 100 Episodes In: The Journey, The Mask, The Breakthrough | Part 1 with Andy White
    2026/03/29

    Episode 100… I honestly can’t believe I’m saying that.In Part 1,

I’m taking you behind the scenes of Leading Our Own Way—why I started it, what’s kept me going, what’s challenged me, and what I’ve learned along the way. This episode is me answering the questions people have asked since day one: what the mission really is, what I’ve had to push through to keep showing up, and what I hope this podcast continues to become. It’s a reflection on the journey so far, but it’s also a look forward—because I feel like we’re only just getting started.

If you’re new here, Leading Our Own Way is built on real stories—resilience, mental health, leadership, trauma, growth, and the moments that shape who we become. I’ve been lucky enough to sit down with people who’ve lived it, not just talked about it—guests who’ve opened up about overcoming adversity, rebuilding their lives, and choosing to keep moving forward when it would’ve been easier to quit. The heart of this podcast has always been simple: to remind you that you’re not alone, and that you can keep walking your own path...

no matter what you’ve been through.

And just quickly—Part 2 drops Wednesday, and it’s a big one. I invited Luke Bayley on because he’s the only person on the planet who saw me at my rawest and darkest—when the mask wasn’t on, and the cover couldn’t hold. He shares how he entered my life, what he saw, and I open up about how he helped me through a season I’ll never forget.

    2026/03/24
This is the part of Dean Daniel’s story where survival turns into purpose. In Part 2, Dean speaks openly about the reality of near-suicide, the relentless weight of chronic pain, and the mental health battles that can feel impossible to explain — especially when you’re expected to “just get on with it.”But this episode isn’t only about the darkness. It’s about the turning point. It’s about what changed when Dean started letting people in, choosing communication over silence, and building the kind of connection that creates real safety — particularly for men who’ve been taught to carry everything alone.Dean also shares how Unbeaten was created: not as a brand, but as a movement of hope — proof that even after the worst moments, you can rebuild a life that means something.Probing thoughts:What if the bravest thing you do is tell the truth about how you’re really going?Who’s one person you could let in today — even a little? If you survived that, what could you build from here?Connect with Dean Daniel:Instagram: https://www.instagram.com/deandaniel1/Facebook: https://www.facebook.com/dean.daniel.37/Unbeaten: https://unbeaten.org.uk/Takeaways- Sharing real stories can break stigma and inspire resilience- Seeking support is a sign of strength, not weakness- Pain can be a catalyst for purpose and change- Community support plays a vital role in mental health recovery- Transformation is possible even after deep despairKey Topics- Mental health struggles and recovery- Impact of chronic pain and surgeries- The importance of community and support in healingAction Items- Share your story to break stigma- Reach out for support if struggling- Support community initiatives like UnbeatenChapters🔴 (00:00) Navigating Life After Injury🔴 (04:08) The Decline: A Personal Journey🔴 (11:24) The Ongoing Battle with Pain and Health🔴 (19:57) Living with Pain and Pushing Boundaries🔴 (24:08) The First Attempt: A Desperate Moment🔴 (27:08) Mindset After the First Attempt🔴 (38:56) A Turning Point: Watching the Footage🔴 (46:10) Future Plans and Purpose🔴 (53:51) Thank You Dean Daniel - You are one amazing people! Today's Tuesday Truth is built from the most powerful moments across Part 1 and Part 2 of our main episode with Dean Daniel.

Dean shares his raw journey through chronic pain and the mental health battles that followed - the kind that can slowly strip away your identity, isolate you from the people you love, and convince you that you have to carry it all alone. But this isn't only a story of survival. It's a story of transformation. Dean opens up about vulnerability, why asking for help can be the strongest move you make, and how community and connection became the turning point. From near-suicide to leading Unbeaten, Dean is living proof that your lowest chapter doesn't get to write your ending.

Tuesday Truth: You don't have to be strong in silence. Let someone in. Say it out loud. Keep going - you're not alone.
