From a young age, I’ve had a deep connection to nature. As soon as I was able to travel, I joined global conservation projects, from turtle conservation in Mexico to spider monkey rehabilitation in Bolivia. After studying Zoology and Biology at Cardiff University and completing an MSc in Palaeontology at the University of Bristol, I worked in natural history television for 15 years on series including Blue Planet II.

Through my own health struggles and transformation, I channelled a healing frequency, ‘The Nature Codes’, creating a connection between our homes, land, bodies and nature. This helps clear negative energies and restore us to our original blueprint, supporting healthier patterns and greater love, light, abundance and peace.
