    This week, practice one small repair moment after a hard interaction with your child.

    Maybe that looks like:

    • “I’m sorry for how I responded earlier.”
    • “I love you.”
    • “Want to sit with me?”
    • “We had a hard moment, didn’t we?”

    Then pause and notice what happens when you release perfection and begin practicing return instead. Ask the Holy Spirit to help you respond from peace instead of pressure.
