I’m Susan. High Performance & Leadership Coach. From working in NYC in the high-end fashion world to being a teacher, I created the Aligned Leadership Method, a strategy to align my life to Christ. Out of that overflow, there was an alignment of my leadership that seeped into every facet of my life.

Through aligned leadership, starting with leading myself, I found ways to personally grow in the midst of caring for my family with Christ. When I aligned myself with Christ and led myself as He wanted me to lead, this shifted things so that I can be a high performer at work and at home.
